The Clerk will be attending the Michigan Municipal Treasurer Association Fall Conference for training next week. The Clerk’s window will be closed from Monday (9/23)- Wednesday (9/25), and will reopen on Thursday (9/26)

Special Meeting Notice The Village of Central Lake’s Council will be holding a special meeting on September 9th at 7pm to discuss the resignation of Police Chief, Scott Barrett. This meeting will take place at the Village Office located at 2530 N. Main Street, Central Lake, MI.

The Village of Central Lake HAS NOT ISSUED A BOIL WATER ADVISORY contrary to what some news outlets are reporting. Some residents on GREEN STREET have had their water temporarily shut off while the Village makes some repairs. All affected residents on Green Street have been notified. No other Village water was affected.
