Public Hearing Notice 11/13/24

The Village Council will be holing a public hearing on November 13, at 6:45pm. This hearing will take place at the Village Office located at 2530 N. Main Street, Central Lake, MI.   Amending the Noxious Weeds Ordinance will be discussed.  

Notice of Personnel Committee Meeting

Join the Personnel Committee on October 8th at 7pm. This meeting will take place at the Village Offices located at 2530 N. Main Street, Central Lake, MI. The following will be discussed: 1. Personnel 2. Job Descriptions 3. Personnel Evaluations 4. Posting Open Position(s) 5. Interview Questions and Timeline.

Special Meeting Notice: September 16,2024 at 7pm

There will be a Special Meeting held for the Village Council on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 7pm. This meeting will take place at the Village Office, located at 2530 N. Main Street, Central Lake, MI. This meeting will discuss Chief Barrett’s separation agreement.

Public Hearing October 9, 2024 at 6:45 pm

The Village Council will be holding a public hearing to implement new ordinances regarding Noxious Weeds, and Inoperable Motor Vehicles. The Public Hearing will happen on October 9th at 6:45pm at the Village Offices, before the regular Village Council Meeting.

Notice of Public Hearing July 10, 2024

The Village of Central Lake will hold a public hearing on July 10, 2024 at 7pm to discuss the establishment of new sewer and water ordinances. This hearing will be located at the Village Offices at 2530 N. Main Street Central Lake, MI.
