Village Office Hours the week of April 27th The Clerk is out of office. The Deputy Clerk, Kelli Horst will be in office the following dates and times.   Monday, April 27th:12pm- 4pm Tuesday, April 28th: 9am-4pm Wednesday, April 29th: 9am-4pm Thursday, April 30th: OFFICE CLOSED The office is always closed on Friday.

The Sewer and Water Committee will meet on Tuesday April 28,2026 at 6pm.   The meeting will take place at the Village Office located at 2530 N. Main Street, Central Lake, MI.   Utility Rates will be discussed.

Street Closure Notice POST UPDATED 4/15/26 @ 4:42 pm Howard Street is closed from State Street to Brooks Street starting Monday morning, April 20,2026. It will reopen at the end of May, when the School’s construction project is completed.

Special Meeting- April 14, 2026 at 6:30pm

The Village Council will be holding a special meeting tomorrow Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at 6:30 pm. This meeting will take place at the Village Office located at 2530 N. Main Street, Central Lake, MI. The council will be approving a contractor for our Kayak Launch project, which will be completed this summer.

DPW Interviews-March 23,2026

The Finance and Personnel Committee, along with the DPW Supervisor will be interviewing candidates for the open Water Operator/ DPW laborer position on March 23rd starting at 6pm. These interviews will be conducted at the Village Office located at 2530 N. Main Street, Central Lake, MI. The interviews are open to the public.
